色々報道されているけどOneAppって何なんだろう？
忘れないようにメモ。

• Javaが動く携帯電話で使えるアプリケーション

ここでいうJavaとはJ2ME相当？（公式サイトにあるリストから推測：http://www.microsoft.com/oneapp/compatible_phones.htm）

• Webアプリの一部の処理をMicrosoftのサーバが代行して処理

「OneApp also includes cloud services that help offload processing and storage from the phone to the Internet, improving overall performance.」
